Wisconsin Athletic Club (WAC) in West Allis, Waukesha, Greenfield, Wauwatosa & North Shore:
The Wisconsin Athletic Club (WAC) with several locations in Metro Milwaukee & 1 club in Waukesha provides children and adults with a safe, fun and supportive means of learning to swim. The WAC has a wide variety of aquatic programs for both youth and adults, including swim lessons for tots-seniors taught by our certified instructors. We offer a large variety of fun water classes, while our swim clubs and triathlon training offer that extra challenge for those looking to improve their swim skills.

Adult "Learn to Swim" Program:
I’m sure you’ve said to yourself, “Oh, I’d love to learn how to swim!” It's never too late to start. Join this class to realize your dream. Class will be limited to 10 swimmers.

Private Swim Lessons:
Private and semi-private lessons are available for adults. Classes are arranged to fit your schedule and content is focused on individual needs. All ages and abilities welcome.

Stroke Technique:
Learn how to improve on your swim stroke, increase endurance and speed up your stroke. You will be objectively critiqued on Image of Swim Classes in the Milwaukee Area, WIyour style/stroke and offered improvements for your own personal growth.

Stroke N' Pedal:
This class combines a 30 minute full body workout in the pool with 45 intense minutes on a spin bike.

Fit Swim:
A lap swimming workout lead by a trained coach.

Tri-Fit:
Improve your triathlon time, stroke and endurance! Weekly training program assists with your tri-training (swimming, biking and running). Also provides nutritional advice to maximize your time and effort. Offered seasonally. 


Kids Swim Classes:


Parent Tot (Ages 6 - 36 Months):
This class is 30 minutes in length and geared for ages 6 - 36 months. Parents must accompany children in the watPhotos of Wisconsin Athletic Club (WAC) in West Allis, Waukesha, Greenfield, Wauwatosa & North Shoreer. Children will learn to adjust to the water and do supported movements.

Preschool (Ages 3-4):
This class is 30 minutes in length and geared for children ages 3 - 4. A step up from Parent/Tot. Parents are not required to accompany children into the water, but are welcome until children are comfortable to participate alone.

Preschool Plus:
This class is 30 minutes in length. Parents are not reqired to accompany children. Children will learn independent movements and prepare for level 1.

Level 1 - Water Exploration:
This "Water Exploration" class is 40 minutes in length. Children will learn face submersion, unsupported floating, kicking and safety. Children should be 5 years old to begin Level 1.

Level 2 - Primary Skills:
This "Primary Skills" class is 40 minutes in length. Children will gain increased independence, learn rhythmic breathing, back crawl and turning over.

Level 3 - Stroke Readiness:
This "Stroke Readiness" class is 40 minutes in length. Children will improve front crawl, learn elementary backstroke and treading water.

Level 4 - Stroke Development:
This "Stroke Development" class is 40 minutes in length. Children will learn breaststroke, sidestroke, turns at the wall and increased endurance.

Swim Club:
The WAC Swim Club is for advanced swimmers needing to improve their endurance and stroke development.

H2O Personal Training/Coaching:
Water has been credited with relieving some of the symptoms of arthritis, as well as strengthening the body without stressing the joints. Our water coaches can open new doors for you when exercise may have seemed impossible or too painful. Let us design a program that is just right for you in the water - give your body a break!

H20 Bootcamp:
An intense workout in the water that includes strength and conditioning, speed work and stamina improvement.

Hydro Pilates:
A pilates class conducted in the water.

Open Swim:
This time is for all individuals and supervised children are welcome.

Adult Swim:

A water class that provides a cardiovascular workout, complete with toning and stretching. This class is perfect for the mature adult, those individuals new to fitness and anyone recovering from an injury.

Aqua Tone:
A class that adapts resistance training to an aquatic environment for an effective muscle toning workout.

Water Walking:
A fitness walking class adapted to water.

Joint Effort:
A water class designed for men and women with arthritis; open to anyone interested in a gentle water class.

Zumba in Pool:
Our most popular latin dance class goes into the water!

Aqua Fusion:
A water class that provides a cardiovascular and toning workout along with a relaxing cool down that incorporates yoga movements, stretching and breathing exercises.

Established in 2004, AquaSkills is a highly successful private swim school in Lower Manhattan, and a leader in swim education throughout NYC for adults & children (ages 4+). We conduct private & semi-private swimming classes or small groups of up to 4 in an exclusive heated pool.

We teach adults at all levels - from non-swimmers to people training for triathlons or competitive team swimmers as well as fitness swimming. An introduction class is suggested for placement.

AquaSkills instructors are mature, dedicated and highly skilled at teaching all levels. Our methods are an amalgam of the skills of Adrian Ginju, a former member of the Romanian Olympic Swim Team, and Lori Pailet, a professional Aquatic Exercise instructor (AEA), American Red Cross certified to deliver ultimately responsible swim classes.

EduKick USA is proud to partner with Gateway Preparatory Sports Academy to bring you the unique EduKick USA – GPA Soccer & Education Academy.

We provide an academic-year football program for teenage boys and girls of ages 16-19 from around the world in Glen Carbon, Madison County IL (less than 30 minutes north-east of St. Louis, Missouri).

These talented youth soccer players will attend high school at Gateway Preparatory School, live in a student residence or with an American host family, and receive daily soccer training from professional coaches.

EduKick USA believes that living, studying and training with us in Illinois as a teenager or young adult is an invaluable life experience that a soccer player will never forget, and the benefits of such an experience will be embedded positively into that individual for the rest of his or her life.
