Courses / Programs:In whichever location you choose to join our Italian language courses in Italy, your exposure to the Italian language, combined with effective, communicative language lessons, is an ideal opportunity to enjoy Italy while you learn Italian quickly and effectively.
When you attend one of our language schools in Italy, your language level will first be assessed and you will be placed in a class best suited to your needs. We offer five levels of Italian courses: Complete Beginner, Basic, Elementary, Intermediate and Advanced. These classes focus on the four core language skills of speaking, listening, reading and writing. The teaching methods is communicative which means considerable attention is also placed on pronunciation, oral communication and the appropriate usage of language in daily situations.
Our schools provide individual or group courses, a crash course in Italian, intensive Italian training and private Italian lessons. An Italian Immersion Homestay program is also available where the student lives with a local host family for the duration of their studies. This gives them a great opportunity to immerse themselves in the culture and lifestyle of Italy. Most host families speak only their native tongue, so it allows practice of newly acquired language skills.

Preparation for the CILS Exam: The C.I.L.S. (Certificate of Italian as a Second Language) is the certificate of knowledge of the Italian language issued by the Università per Stranieri di Siena (University for Foreign Students of Siena). The C.I.L.S. is the most important Italian certificate and it is acknowledged by the Italian Ministry of Public Education, by all public bodies, by all international schools and by many national and international companies.
