Multiplayer Platform Game for 1 & 2 Players - Flightless

Conjure magical ladders to aid the progress of a flightless duck in this challenging, platform-based action game with cool puzzle elements! Flightless is an innovative and quirky, escape-the-level adventure game for 1 or 2 players where you must guide a ground-bound duck through a series of underground mazes. The catch is that our hero duck cannot fly (or even jump), so you must use special ladders to navigate through the multiple, confined levels. Play on your own or with a best friend or family member for a fun, split-screen battle effect.

Skills required: This highly interactive, problem-solving arcade game combines platform-style action with brain teaser tasks as you rush to figure out the best way to maneuver your duck hero through each level using the awesome magic ladder system. Good timing, fast reactions, nifty keyboard control, and sharp observation skills are all particularly important here. Great focus and determination are also required – especially in two player mode.

How to Play: A Flash-based, 1 or 2 player platform / action game for notebook, laptop and desktop PC / Mac (with certain browsers). Your ultimate task is to guide your flightless duck hero through each confined, side-scrolling level with the aid of magic ladders that your duck can conjure from mid-air. Collect diamond-shaped Gems along your journey to unlock levels deeper into the underground labyrinth.

In 1-Player Mode, control your duck's movement with the Arrow Keys or the WASD Keys on your computer keyboard. Press Spacebar or the Q Key to make a ladder appear (which stretches from your duck's location to the nearest roof or ledge top).

Activate 2-Player Mode by pressing the Number 2 Key on your keyboard. This transforms the play area into a split screen. Control the Green Hat duck (left hand screen) with the WASD Keys, and the Blue Hat duck (right hand screen) with the Arrow Keys. Green Hat produces ladders with the Q Key, while Blue Hat conjures ladders with Spacebar.

If you come into side-on contact with a baddie, your duck re-spawns at the beginning of that room / level. To produce downward-conjuring ladders, press the Down Arrow and Spacebar simultaneously (or the S Key & Q Key, depending on the mode you are playing in).
