The Loyola Marymount University (LMU), Los Angeles developed in cooperation with the AIB Academy of International Education Düsseldorf Germany the FITS-Europe (Film and Television School). The film school was established to combine American educational studies with a distinct European cultural experience, s.a. international production and business experience. The FITS-Europe is located in the Düsseldorf Media Harbor. Advertising, art, communications and TV production companies are here to enjoy and benefit from the unique flair of the former Harbor.
FITS are Junior courses uniquely combined into Master Workshops; each of the program's courses are taught in blocks of three weeks, and concluded by a six-week production session, during which each student produces his or her own digital documentary, experimental or art film. The Fits - Film & Television Semester in Düsseldorf is an LMU program, therefore all credits and grades, including those earned in the German Language & Culture class, transfer automatically to LMU.

Verbum Novum is a language & travel operator that provides a 2-4 week German immersion summer program in the center of Berlin for students and adults 18+ years.
Our summer program includes German classes and a cultural program, and is the best way to get acquainted with Berlin while making learning German joyful.
The college residence is centrally located in the former East Berlin borough of "Friedrichshain" in inner city Berlin. The highlight of the residence is a big, green backyard with a beer garden, barbecue, table tennis and comfortable sitting places. When you arrive here you will feel the centennial history of the lovingly restored old building.

At the International Music College Freiburg in Freiburg, on the edge of the Black Forest in southwest Germany we offer a three year program for aspiring jazz, rock, and funk musicians. Students recieve instruction from professional musicians and are required to play in a different band with other students every semester. In addition to their music lessons and rehearsals, students are also required to take courses in subjects like Stage Presence, Music Business, Arrangement etc. In their final year students are required to choose from one of three options, Performance, Music Education, or Songwriting/Producing as the focal point of their studies.

Academy for International Education (Akademie für internationale Bildung), Bonn

Located in Bonn, in western Germany, Academy for International Education (Akademie für internationale Bildung - AIB) is a private non-profit organization for higher education. We specialize in providing year-round, semester and summer study abroad programs in Bonn for individual students and groups from US colleges and universities.
SABINA is an interdisciplinary, six-week summer program for US students that offer courses in German language and culture, liberal arts and film studies in Bonn. It offers students the choice between three different academic 'packages'. Each track gives students the opportunity to earn a total of six-eight semester credits but with different combinations of courses.
The SABINA summer program includes cultural activities and excursions. Students are encouraged to stay with one of our carefully selected German host families as homestay accommodation offers the unique opportunity to fully immerse oneself in the German culture, meet people outside of the program and make friends.
