 About Us:

We started TESOL Training International in part from necessity – there are close to 1 billion English language students around the world (200 million in China alone, according to NPR!). Another factor was that schools abroad are requiring an international certification for teaching English, and our TESOL programs were designed to fulfill that requirement with ease and velocity. Finally, we were motivated by our desire to share our love for teaching, traveling, exploring and appreciating other cultures, and the English language. We match teachers from all walks of life to their dream jobs teaching English abroad, and we can match you with yours. Our graduates work around the world, some for years, teaching English and living a life that they barely imagined before.

Our TESOL Certification and Diploma Programs:

- Program 1: Advanced TESOL Certificate (120 Hours)
- Program 2: TESOL Diploma (240 Hours)
- Program 3: Advanced TESOL Diploma (420 Hours)
- Program 4: Professional TESOL Diploma (600 Hours)
- International TESOL Certificate (120 Hours)

 Why Teach Abroad?

The world's demand for English has grown exponentially in the past few years, for professionals and ordinary citizens alike. The English language is the common tongue for international business , diplomacy and commerce . For instance, if a Japanese company is doing business with a Chilean company, it is more likely than not that both parties will be speaking English. It is nowadays not so much a matter of “whether or not' to learn English, but “when”.

In some parts of the world, governments are striving to have all their citizens become bilingual. In China, for example, there are many programs that begin English education at the age of two, so while children are learning Mandarin or Cantonese, they are also learning English. The line between the “mother tongue” and “English as a Second Language” is beginning to blur in many schools and preschools. If you can imagine playing with children all day in English, that is what it is often like to teach the little ones. This is just one example; there are thousands of opportunities around the world to teach two year olds, eighty-two year olds, and everyone in between, and there are challenges and rewards for every age group.
