Little Angels Playhouse Child Development Centers / Day Care, Houston:
Since 1994, the founder of Little Angels Playhouse has been providing excellence in educational early childhood development and has created one of the leading daycare centers in The Woodlands / Spring / 1488 Magnolia Texas areas, about 20 miles north of Houston, TX. At Little Angels Playhouse, we offer full time and part-time programs, drop in care, mom's day out programs, Spanish immersion programs, dance classes and little picassos classes. There is also after hours care available at our centers. In our three centers in Spring, Woodlands and 1488 Magnolia, Ms. Morales (Our founder) and her staff encourage the children's mental and emotional development as well as meeting their physical needs.

Early Childhood Development / Enrichment Programs: 

New Borns To 12 Months Program

Our founder's philosophy is that learning starts in the womb, this has enable us to create programs that fit each child's learning style. Our infants are exposed to music, reading time, playtime, nap times according to each child needs. We also schedule eating times according to child's own scheduling needs, as well as video time viewing (baby Einstein tapes). 

We design our classrooms and use equipment geared towards their specific developmental needs. Our classrooms are prepared with our baby angels in mind. We provide a soothing yet interactive classroom were they could feel free to develop in a exciting environment. Our teachers are trained to work with and recognize each child's developmental needs and personality traits. Creating a safe and sound environment is our goal.

Infant 12 Months To 17 Months Program
:
At this age our little angels are focused in exploring, learning and developing their language skills. That is why our learning program is enhanced at the 12 month level and again, once more at the 18th month level through pre k. Our founders philosophy evolves around the learning abilities of infants and working together to help them capture their creative minds and imagination to begin building a strong foundation in learning as they grow.

Our infants are taught the abc's, number's 1-20, colors, shapes, words, Spanish through flash cards and wall displays that are reviewed with them daily as part of their learning curriculum. This program was developed by our founder Pat Morales and has proven to have exceptional results with children that have graduated from our educational program.

Infants 18 Months - 36 Months
:
At 18 months of age we introduce the "Mother Goose Curriculum" this program is an added edImage of Preschool / Kindergarten in The Woodlands / Spring TX areaucational tool that complements our in house program. The mother goose program is developed by teachers and has been a partner with Little Angles Playhouse for many years. The Mother Goose Program Is scheduled at 10:00 am for a period 30 minutes each morning.

Mother goose introduces our children to spanish, sign language, science, crafts and many other exciting topics. It is designed to build and reinforce our basic learning ideologies by introducing monthly themes that include all of our curriculums using more of a hands on approach. We believe that our Little Angels day should be a mixture of structured fun activities combined with educational learning. That's the reason why our angels enjoy a variety of activities that include outside and inside playtime.

3 Years Program:
Our goal is to capture your child's imagination and love for learning through a balanced and structured schedule and curriculum. Your child will be prepared to enter into his or hers elementary years with a strong background gained in his early years of education with LAP. Our day includes: music, reading, centers, mothergoose curriculum time at 10am nutritious meals , outside time, tv time,outside playtime, inside playtime, extra curriculum activities include: dance, visual arts, drama,robotics, computer intruction.

Before / After-School Care is being offered at all our facilities. Your afterschool will be experience many of the activities listed above as well as an afternoon snack and help with homework.
