Gastronomicom French Culinary School is located in Cap d’Agde which is a famous and beautiful seaside resort on the Mediterranean coast. It is locatedin the well-known region of Languedoc-Roussillon, between Montpellier & Perpignan. It is conveniently close to Beziers Airport about 120 km from the Spanish border. Cap d’Agde is set in a wonderful landscape, with palm-trees, beautiful beaches, excellent Mediterranean food and the most important vineyard in Europe. It enjoys an extremely pleasant and sunny climate all year round.

1 Month Courses
We offer 3 different Gourmet programs for 4 weeks with 30 hours of lessons per week. These courses include "hands-on" cookery or wine tasting classes and visits to wine cellars. All the weekends are free:
1 - French cooking + intensive French. This course includes 15 hours of French lessons and 15 hours of cookery classes. The cookery classes cover: Cold and hot first dishes, Fish, Meats and Desserts. Students work in teams to help each other and learn together.
2 - French pastry and sugar decoration + intensive French. This course includes 15 hours of French lessons and 15 hours of pastry and sugar decoration classes. These classes cover: Cakes, Desserts, Breads, Viennoiseries, Chocolate and ice-cream desserts and Sugar decoration.
3 - French Wines + Intensive French. This course includes 15 hours of French lessons and 15 hours of wine classes. These classes include: Viticulture and wine tasting, Oenologie and wine making, French Classic wine regions and Wine in restaurants - how to pair food and wine.
3 Month Courses
We offer 4 different Gastronomic programs for 12 weeks with 30 hours of lessons per week, including "hands-on" cookery classes or wine tasting, visits to wine cellars and 3 organised professional and touristic excursions (2 in France and 1 in Spain). All the weekends are free and you have 1 week holidays to visit France.
1 - French cooking + intensive French. Subjects covered include: Cold and hot first dishes, Fish, Meats and Desserts.
2 - French pastry and sugar decoration + intensive French. Subjects covered include: Cakes, Desserts, Breads, Viennoiseries, Chocolate and ice-cream desserts and Sugar decoration.
3 - French and European wines + intensive French. Subjects covered include: Viticulture and wine tasting, Oenologie and wine making, French Classic wine regions and Wine in restaurants - how to pair food and wine.
4 - Fine dining food and beverage + intensive French. Subjects covered include: French Wines- how to pair food and wine, Cooking classes, Restaurant Service, Organisation and staff management.
These courses also offer you the option of completing a 4 month internship in a luxury hotel restaurant or restaurant in France.
