French Cooking Class in Provence:
Experience French hands-on cooking classes in English in Provence, near the city of Avignon in the Regional Park of Luberon, in the South of France. We offer one and two-day cooking courses under the tutelage of renowned chef Jean-Marc Villard.

Chef Jean-Marc Villard brings to his renown teaching a love of cooking inherited from his family.

Jean-Marc served in some of the finest French restaurants in France and abroad including L’Oasis à la Napoule (near Nice), “Le Gourmandin”, “L’Alexandrin*” in Lyon. He also brought French culinary excellence to the US working in a French restaurant in Saint Louis, Missouri.

His teaching experience and his passion for sharing this love of French gastronomy brought him to be an integral part of the faculty of the prestigious Paul Bocuse Institute in Lyon as Chef Instructor in 1991.

Jean-Marc did not content himself with welcoming international students to France; he brought his culinary skills into the field training restaurant teams and also amateurs in different countries.

The kitchen is designed to teach hands-on French cooking classes where you can practice with the chef near by, benefit from his advices and expertise and learn the skills you need to take all the pleasure to your own table.

One-Day French Culinary Course:
- A hands-on cooking class with chef Jean-Marc Villard, taught in English.

Two-Day French Cooking Class & Wine Tour:
- Cook with an experienced chef on day one, explore the famous vineyards of this rich, beautiful and sunny region with an experienced “Sommelier” on day two.

Culinary Paradise in the South of France:
We will be delighted to welcome you to our culinary home, full of charm and warmth where you will experience for yourself the pleasure of cooking a menu with the chef then joining him and his wife Alice for a meal on the terrace surrounded by the garden.

Situated in the historic town of Agde on the Mediterranean Coast in the South of France, Gastronomicom International Culinary Academy provides quality culinary arts career training courses to students from around the globe.

We offer French Cooking and French Pastry classes taught in English at one star Michelin level, practical work experience placements (internships), and French language courses.

Students receive a French Gourmet Certificate or Diploma upon full completion of a program. Students from Europe do not require a visa.
