Basic Pizza Course:
Duration: 3 weeks. Lessons include:

- Introduction to the essential elements to make a pizza and initiation to the theory of all processes that govern the fermentation, and the chemistry of the dough.
- First approach with the oven temperature, the required way.
- Practice of the basic dough from the very first hours of the course.
- Practice on making the dough balls, then stretching them, in order to make them ready to become pizzas.

Speedup Pizza Course:
Duration: 1 week. Lessons include:

- Set up of the various equipment furniture
- Set up of the various ingredient containers
- Ideal working relationship between the pizza maker and all the waiting staff.
- Mind-set of the winner athlete. (how to find the right motivation of the winner)
- Memory aid to retain a long list of pizza orders, to avoid time wasting when continuously watching the list order.
- The multi-stretching pizza technique
- The multi put-in-the-oven technique
