Our summer English courses for young children and teenagers in the UK include 15 lessons of English language tuition per week for beginner, intermediate and advanced levels. Students are taught in international classes according to their level of English, which is assessed upon arrival at our junior English school. Our junior English classes emphasize building confidence and developing English language fluency in a lively and authentic language context.

33. ISSOS, Summer School 2026 at St Andrews & Cambridge Universities
Courses / Programs
• ISSOS offers summer school programs for international students aged between 13 - 18 years of age in July and August in St. Andrews University.

• St Andrews is situated on the beautiful east coast of Scotland, approximately 50 miles (80km) north-east of Edinburgh and 80 miles (130 km) north-east of Glasgow. We also run a summer school in Cambridge, England.

• ISSOS offers teenagers a balanced summer experience of academia, fun and culture, where students can learn within an encouraging environment while having fun and making new friends from around the world. Our 3-week summer school programs are all-inclusive.

• We limit the number of students from one nationality to 10% in order to guarantee a truly international experience. International students come from all over the world, representing over 60 nationalities, creating a multicultural atmosphere.

• Students study one academic subject and one elective subject. In addition, we provide a full program of activities, trips, cultural enrichment and the ISSOS Highland Games.

Based in Central London, Young Film Academy (YFA) is the UK’s leading filmmaking provider for children & teenagers ages 5-17. We run practical filmmaking courses and workshops for young people that focus on completing a film – from planning to titling. Currently, Travel Sport Camp and its affiliate EduKick, host schools and camps in 11 different countries on four continents and continues to grow on a global scale. Travel Sport Camp offers summer sports camps for boys and girls from 10 years old in Cornwall in south-west England, and Bolton, a large town in Greater Manchester, Lancashire, in the North West of England. Our camps are open to children and teens from abroad and also from within the UK.

In our summer camps, all sport training sessions, classes and social activities are conducted in the native language to maximize the educational value of the experience. Daily professional sports training and daytime language and/or chosen curriculum taught by highly qualified teachers make up the core of the TSC program. All ability levels are welcome and no prior sports or English language experience is necessary. All levels of English speakers are welcome, from beginner/elementary up to native speaker. Native English speakers will be scheduled for more activity time and less language instruction time.
Multi-Sport Summer Camp - offers swimming, volleyball, tennis, and basketball. The program is for boys and girls ages 10 to 19, and combines a daily English language course with a sports training program.
