Study Abroad Programs for International Students:
London College of Fashion's Study Abroad programme offers individuals the opportunity to study a range of specifically tailored, professional, career-oriented courses in fashion.
Our semester programmes are held every Autumn and Spring for 14 weeks each. Students may enrol for more than one semester; however, you may wish to discuss possible options with the Prgramme Director once you are settled onto the course. Many students extend their studies after arrival in London.
For students studying for two or more semesters there is a 5% discount for the second and any subsequent semesters. We recommend that students planning to study for two or more semesters on the programme undertake their internship during their second semester. Prior to enrolling on a second semester, you should check with your Study Abroad Advisor that your College will accept transfer of credits in your chosen subjects.
We offer the following semester programme options:
- Fashion design: Students on this programme benefit from our central location, at the heart of the fashion industry
- Fashion merchandising & communications: This programme will develop your fashion marketing, merchandising and product knowledge skills
Summer School Programmes:
Lasting 4 or 8 weeks, our summer school programmes focus upon fashion design, footwear, and fashion illustration.

This rich mix of contrasting cultures makes London part of the learning process: the exciting and diverse social life, arts events, and vibrant retail trade mean that students are never short of ideas or inspiration. That London is the perfect location for creative learning and careers is proved by the many leading designers and fashion businesses based here.
The accomodation team are here throughout your time as a student to advise you on your accommodation options. Whether you choose to live in one of the University's 13 halls of residence or in privately-rented accommodation, they can provide information and advice to help you find a suitable place to live.
Places in University-managed accommodation, including Halls of Residence, are allocated on the basis of the distance of a student's home address from London. Many international students therefore live in University accommodation.
