Our experienced and friendly staff strive to ensure that all our students succeed. Our small class sizes (generally limited to eight students) and engaging curriculum mean that students learn faster and achieve their goals sooner.

The mission of the Northwest Institute of Language and Culture is to provide quality intermediate and advanced level English-language instruction for non-native speakers. Students are assessed to determine the level of instruction that is appropriate. Each class is held twice a week for two hours per session: 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.

The Texas Intensive English Program (TIEP), established in 1965, is an accredited, nonprofit educational organization in Austin, Texas. TIEP instructors are highly-trained professionals with master's or Ph.D. degrees and an average of more than 10 years teaching experience.

TIEP is a program of the Texas International Education Consortium, an association of 32 Texas public universities. TIEP services and facilities include assistance with housing, visa counseling, university and college placement, Conversation Club, field trips, cultural activities, access to university libraries and recreational sports facilities, and a computer lab with free printing.

TIEP is an Open TOEIC Test Center and administers the TOEIC test 12 times per year. TIEP is accredited by the Commission on English Language Program Accreditation (CEA), and is a member of EnglishUSA - American Association of Intensive English Programs (AAIEP) and the American International Recruitment Council (AIRC).
