The American Self Defense and Fitness Center is proud to provide a number of safety and family protection programs to the community. In conjunction with local law enforcement, area public schools, and nearby hospitals, the American Self Defense and Fitness Center teaches the community to live safer, protect themselves and their families. From our Stranger Danger programs for children in the public schools, to our EZ Defense Programs, you can learn a variety of ways to stay safe in our sometimes dangerous world.

GPAC Swim School, Greater Philadelphia & South Jersey

Established in 2009, The Greater Philadelphia Aquatic Club (GPAC) Swim School provides group swim classes and private lessons to young children (ages 4+) from the Greater Philadelphia and South Jersey area. Our swim classes are held at the Gloucester County Institute of Technology in Sewell, NJ. Our aim is to help young children of all swimming abilities to become more familiar around water and more proficient with their swimming skills.Our swim lessons are offered in a group format and we keep our class sizes small with no more than four swimmers per instructor. We also offer private, 1-on-1, lessons. Classes at each level will also include safety lessons to go along with the swimming instruction. The safety of your child is paramount to us. This is why all of our instructors are required to be certified in lifesaving and CPR/First Aid.
- Group swim classes for kids (ages 4+) at beginners, intermediate & advanced levels. All group classes are offered in 6 week sessions and classes are run once per week for the duration of the session. Each lesson will last 25 minutes.

The Continuo Arts Foundation in Westfield, Summit, NJ, offers a 3-week intensive summer Musical Theater Conservatory to children and teenagers from 7-18 years. Our summer immersion program encourages artistry and self-expression while giving young people a positive and healthy outlet for instruction and creativity, and is open to youth from all socio-economic backgrounds.Students are chosen by auditions and training takes place at the Presbyterian Church of Westfield / Oak Knoll School, Summit NJ.

In addition, iD Tech Academies, including the iD Programming Academy in New Jersey, provide intensive, pre-college programs for teens ages 13-18. iD Tech Camps technology education programs are held at 80 elite universities throughout the nation, and New Jersey programs take place in universities such as Princeton, Seton Hall, Montclair State, and Rider.The NJ summer camps offered by iD Tech Camps immerse students in the collegiate experience. Students build STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) skills in the tech labs, eat in the university dining hall, explore campus, and make new friends. Overnight campers sleep right in the college dorms.
