Nuova Accademia di Belle Arti Milano (NABA)
NABA is a recognised school of Visual Arts, Communication, Design and Restoration located in Milano, Italy. NABA was formed in 1980 by a group of internationally renowned artists with an innovative spirit geared towards experimental manual skills and design. The school is located in the central canals area of the City of Milan the recognised capital of fashion, publishing and design. The degrees & diplomas are valid in all European countries and all countries outside Europe that have a bilaterlal agreement with Italy. Summer Courses at beginner and advanced level are offered in Fashion Design, Interior Design, Communication Design, Industrial Design, Jewellery Design and Business Design duration 3- 4 weeks in June and July. Limited Scholarships are available for some courses.

Metallo Nobile
The school was estabished in 1998 and is located in the old part of Florence. There are classrooms for drawing and designing both by hand and by computer, and a large. fully-equipped workshops with individual professional workbenches, and the instruments and tools needed for the various specialisations as well as machinery for complete cycle casting. Courses are available for a minimum of one month and a maximum of a year and are aimed at those are newcomers to the craft and also those who already have some basic knowledge and wish to gain specialisation. Lessons are morning and afternoon every day from Monday to Friday. Lessons are held in Italian but we have a teaching assistant who can help students when they do not understand.

We offer basic and advanced jewellery crafting courses, jewellery design and technical drawing, 3D computer design (RHINO and TECHGEMS 3.0) wax protypes, casting, enamelling, engraving, stone setting, and beading jewellery making. The school offers each student free use of the workshop for 8 hours of open studio a week. Each student receives a complete personal kit of work tools.

Culinary Institute "G. Brera"
The “G. Brera” School of Culinary Arts is located in Como, located less than an hour from Milan in the north of Italy. It school is situated close to the town centre and the famous lake, in a high-profile complex housing both secondary schools and a number of further education courses, all authorised by MIUR, the Italian Ministry for Education, University and Research. The Istituto Alberghiero “G.Brera” is officially recognised by MIUR, the Ministry for Education, University and Research and awards legal tender certificates. The “G. Brera” School of Culinary Arts has two kitchen labs endowed with state-of-the-art equipment: one is a teaching lab with 18 work stations, the other a professional lab, serving an adjoining 140-seat restaurant open to the public so as to offer the students an opportunity to practice in conditions as similar as possible to those they will go and work in once they have completed the course. The complex is within easy reach from the centre of Milan (45 minutes by train) and the railway station is 150 metres from the school. The closest airport is the Milan Malpensa MXP Airport some 50 km away, from which there are regular connections for Como.

1 year Foundation Course in Culinary Arts - Classes run daily from Monday to Thursday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., striking a perfect balance between theoretical classes (in standard classrooms) and practical classes (in the kitchen labs). Each participant will be equipped with all the teaching materials foreseen for the course (a cost already included in the fee) consisting in: a set of knives, a kitchen uniform, books and study materials, foodstuffs. During our 4-week Summer Cooking Classes students will learn about pasta, meat, fish, cheese, sweets, wines and more.
