Associate Degree in Culinary Entrepreneurship:
Course Duration: 12 months. 6 months of studies & 6 months paid culinary internship period in Switzerland or abroad.
This program focuses on developing the entrepreneurial ability and knowledge you require to start an independent culinary business. It aims to deepen your practical, leadership and business skills by building on your existing culinary skills and experience.  

During your first 6 months, you will lead culinary teams in food production, allowing the perfection of organisation, communication, and team-working skills. Further dedicated theoretical courses enable the application of business and creative expertise, vital to a new successful culinary venture.
