This internationally recognised course gives you the qualification you need to teach English anywhere in the world. It is also your first step towards being qualified to teach ESOL to adults in the UK.
- CELTA 4-week (120-hours) Full-Time Intensive Course:
Our intensive, four-week course will provide you with the knowledge of methodology and the practical skills you need to teach any level of student. The course comprises 120 hours in line with the Cambridge ESOL syllabus. Course components include language awareness, classroom practice, teaching methodology and supervised lesson planning.
Candidates have 6 hours of assessed teaching practice teaching international ESOL and EFL students. There is a written component comprising four assignments.
- CELTA Part-Time Course Online (24 weeks - 120-hours):
The syllabus is the same as for full-time courses. This course is delivered on two evenings a week. Teaching practice takes place during the day so some daytime attendance is required.
- CELTA Online course (10-weeks):
Participants will form part of an online community with a dedicated tutor.
